Putting your entire gradebook online is easy with EZ GradePro but it does take a bit of setting up. First, all students need a password to keep their grades confidential. Second, you need to upload the files to a server (sounds difficult but it's not) which means a file transfer program is needed (Smart FTP is recommended). Once set up, this process only takes a couple of clicks when you need to update your grades online. Click on the image to the left to see how it looks.

If you are using Windows XP or Vista you don't a separate program to upload your grades.
All you have to do is enter
ftp://www.websterschools.org in Internet Explorer, after entering your user name and password, you drag and drop the grade information.

Bob showed me how to import my student's names and id numbers from SMS to EZ Grade Pro which makes this process VERY EASY and FAST!!
